Returns & Refunds

If your furniture arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.

Do your products require assembly?

Are your products solid wood?

Do you offer a warranty?
Yes, all JV Furniture products come with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects.
